THE Children's Academy in Franklin, TN has been preparing children for success in public and private schools since 2001. Nationally accredited and using a nationally recognized curriculum, the teachers provide hands on learning experiences each day to develop the whole child. We provide a secure, loving Christian environment that exceeds expectations. Our daily focus is the educational, emotional, social, physical and cognitive development of each child.

Franklin Children's Academy Our program includes creative arts, introductory Spanish, sign language, music and movement. On site enrichments include Literacy Launchpad, Kidstunes, Harpeth School of Gymnastics and MonkeyNastics. Six play areas offer space for each age group, a riding track play area for soggy days, a picnic area for taking the classroom outside as well as special events and an open area for field games.

A united relationship between home and school gives a child a security that affords positive learning environment and emotional growth. Our open door policy invites parents to attend classroom activities, join us for lunch or just stop by to enjoy the day.

Community Outreach

An attitude of gratitude causes us to reach out to the community and teach our children about helping others. Annually we participate in the following activities:

  • St. Jude Trike- A-Thon
  • Aluminum Pull Tabs for Ronald McDonald House
  • Adopt a Family at Christmas

 

Other events are held as the needs arise. These have included clothes for Katrina victims, costumes for the dramatic area of a camp for children with special needs and the Heroes campaign for the Williamson County Chapter of the American Red Cross.
